What is collected and why
When you use the contact form, the name, email, phone, company and message you enter are stored in the Cozybizs Odoo system so the enquiry can be answered. Client contact and billing details are kept for quotations, invoices and support.
The website uses the cookies Odoo needs to work (session, language, consent and visit tracking for the site itself). There are no advertising cookies and nothing is sold or rented to anyone.
- Data is only used to answer you, to deliver and invoice services, and to meet legal and tax obligations
- It is shared only with the services needed to run the business: the hosting provider of the server and the email provider
- Backups of the Odoo database are stored in the owner's own Google Drive; the Google Drive connection is used for nothing else
How long and your rights
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for the business relationship; invoices and accounting records for the period required by Indian law.
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data held about you by writing to jmnaresh@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
